Author of Major Legislation in support of Public Education, education reform, including Parental School Choice, and budget support for technical colleges, student financial aid for higher education and online learning.

Author of Major Legislation on business development and job creation, including the strongest minority business laws in the nation and nationally recognized job training program at Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District.

Major Legislation support to build DNR Building at King Dr. and North Ave., Felmers Chaney on Fond du Lac Ave., the Wisconsin Women’s Facility on Keefe Ave. at I-43, and Marquette University Dental School, among others.

Chairman of the Board of Wisconsin Public Broadcasting (ECB) and the Milwaukee Zoo Board.

Served on charitable & community Boards, including Wisconsin Special Olympics and Family Hospital in Milwaukee.  Supporter of Environmental Protection of our lakes and rivers, including removal of North Ave. Dam and production of a documentary on the Milwaukee River.

Member of several Wisconsin Trade Missions to Canada, Germany, India, and Asia, to increase trade and create jobs in Wisconsin.

Son of late Attorney Horace R. George and retired Milwaukee Public Schools Speech Pathologist Supervisor Audrey Chevalier George.

Born in Milwaukee at St. Joseph’s Hospital and graduate of Marquette High, University of Wisconsin-Madison, BBA-Accounting and University of Michigan Law School.
